What is the status of my order?
You should have received a confirmation email that your order is being processed. Unfortunately you cannot follow the status of your order on our Website. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a link to all the tracking information.

How do I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive another email when the order ships with the tracking number that you can use to track the package during shipment.

I need to ship to a different address.
If you emailed us with an address change, we will do our best to accommodate you.

When will my order arive?
The order will be shipped within 2 business days.
The shippment should arive within 5-14 days. 

How much are the shipping and handling charges?
Shipping and handling is free.

What is your return policy?
